1. Transparent Pricing
- All prices are clearly published on our website and confirmed in writing in your booking confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in USD (US Dollars) and include all applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
- There are no hidden fees. Any additional costs, such as optional excursions, entrance fees not included in your package, or personal expenses, are always communicated clearly before you book.
2. Best Price Guarantee
We want every guest to book with total confidence. That is why we offer a Best Price Guarantee on all our tours, cruises, and travel packages:
- If you find the identical tour or package offered by another reputable operator at a lower price (same inclusions, same dates, same conditions), let us know and we will match or beat that price.
- To qualify, simply send us the competitor's offer with full details before completing your booking, and our team will review and confirm your discount.
- This guarantee applies to publicly available rates from recognized, licensed operators and is always subject to verification.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation: Once your booking request is received, you will receive a written confirmation voucher by email within 24 hours, subject to final availability.
Secure Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your tour, cruise, or travel arrangements, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, and domestic flights.
Flexible Balance Payment: The remaining 75% balance may be settled in full or through the installment plan described below, with everything finalized no later than 7 days before your trip begins.
Payment Method (Bank Wire Transfer Only): For your security and ours, all payments are accepted exclusively by international bank wire transfer. Full bank details and payment instructions are provided in your booking confirmation.
Transaction Fees: Any transaction or transfer fees charged during the wire transfer are covered by the guest. These fees vary depending on your bank or the payment app you use, so please check with your bank in advance and ensure the transferred amount arrives in full.
Payment Security: Every payment is confirmed against an official invoice, giving you a clear, verifiable record of your booking at every stage.
4. Installment Plan Option
For guests who prefer to spread their payment over time, WOW Egypt Tours offers a straightforward installment plan on eligible bookings, such as our Nile cruise packages. The remaining 75% balance can be paid either in full or across installments, according to your preference:
- Deposit: A 25% deposit is paid at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
- Installments: The remaining 75% balance can be divided into 3 equal installments of 25% each, paid at intervals agreed with your travel advisor.
- Final Settlement: Whether paid in full or through installments, the full balance must be settled no later than 7 days before your trip or cruise departure date.
- All payments, including installments, are made exclusively by bank wire transfer, and an official invoice is issued for each payment received.
- Availability of the installment plan may vary by tour, cruise, season, and cabin category. Your travel advisor will confirm eligibility at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance we receive your cancellation request, relative to your trip or cruise departure date:
- More than 75 days before departure: Free cancellation.
- 60 to 75 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
- 45 to 60 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.
- Less than 30 days before departure, or no show: 100% cancellation fee.
Some bookings, peak season dates, special offers, and confirmed cabin allocations may carry stricter cancellation terms, room and cabin category restrictions, non refundable promotional rates, and other similar conditions (etc.), which will always be clearly stated at the time of booking.
We do not charge cancellation fees simply because plans change unexpectedly. Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve your accommodation, cabin, or cruise cabin, assign your private guide and driver, arrange required permits, and purchase entrance tickets on your behalf. Cancellation charges reflect these non-refundable, already-committed services, and we always work to minimize any deduction and refund any recoverable amount to you.
6. Children's Policy
- Children under 2 years: Free of charge.
- Children aged 2 to 5.9 years: 25% of the adult price.
- Children aged 6 to 11.9 years: 50% of the adult price.
- Children 12 years and older: Full adult price.
Notes:
- The children's policy applies only to children sharing a room or cabin with their parents (maximum one child per room/cabin).
- If your trip includes flights, additional charges may apply for children.
7. What's Included
- Our published prices cover all services detailed in your selected trip or travel package, such as accommodation, transportation, meals, entrance fees, guides, and activities, exactly as specified in the itinerary.
- Any exclusions are always listed clearly on the relevant package or trip page.
8. Group & Custom Pricing
- Special rates are available for children, infants, and large groups. These are specified on our website or provided upon request.
- For customized group travel or family packages, please contact us directly for a tailored quote.
9. Discounts & Special Offers
- From time to time, we may offer seasonal promotions or discount codes. These are clearly advertised and applied according to the specific terms of the offer.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
10. Price Changes
- While we work to keep our prices stable, rates may occasionally change due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once your booking is confirmed and your deposit received, your price is locked in and will not change.
